Ever since she had to re-learn what words were, and how to read and use them, after a traumatic brain injury at 15, Jennifer Chambers would conjure up stories with their imagination, sharing them with anyone who would listen. She's developed her storytelling and writing quite a bit since then, but the thrill of language and creation she first rediscovered has never gone away.

Her writing style goes two ways. In her non-fiction about women's history, her work is often about the resilience of humans, in that we all have different ways of not "persevering," but putting our unique stamps on what it is to navigate life. She explores the darker motivations of other in her writing about true crime. People are infinitely fascinating, so she likes to look at all sides. (as noted by the "serious writer" at Disneyland photo).

She's been writing professionally since 2005 and have no intention of slowing down anytime soon. Get in touch if you’ve got any comments, questions, suggestions, or just want to say hello. Jennifer Chambers would be more than happy to hear from you.
